Hi, I'm John
For over 20 years, I've dedicated my career to helping people and teams find their ideal fit.
This journey began as a U.S. Army officer and continued as an entrepreneur leading an executive search firm, where I specialized in connecting individuals and businesses more intentionally.
Across diverse environments, from corporate boardrooms to agile startups, I consistently observed a common pattern: We often sprint toward perceived goals without pausing for crucial reflection, leading us to miss our true mark.
